This blog serves as a platform for me to develop my writing skills and explore new technologies through practice and learning.

One of my goals over the last few years is writing. I've always felt anxiety when asked to write, becoming paranoid of my writing ability so much so that I draft even the most basic email several times. I have an English GCSE so it can't be that bad right?

Another reason for creating a blog is so that I can share snippets of code which have helped me when I've spent hours of debugging, think of it as giving back to the many blogs in the past which have helped me when stuck in a hard place.

Also, I love the idea of the having a place share my ideas and thoughts without being influenced by the algorithms and metrics that govern social media platforms.

Work in progress

This site is a huge work in progress so will be buggy, potentially slow, and even janky. This bothers me as much as the next perfectionist (I NEED THINGS TO BE PERFECT) however, in this case the site isn't for a client and I don't want perfection to get in the way of progress. (Another thing I'm super guilty of doing)
